In 2018, I earned my Pilates certification, marking the start of my journey as an instructor. During the pandemic, I started strength training clients 1:1 and quickly realized how much I loved seeing people grow stronger and more confident in their abilities. Watching my clients transform their lives through fitness has been incredibly rewarding, and it solidified my passion for coaching.
Today, I work with clients holistically, guiding them through every step of their fitness journey. My goal is to empower individuals to meet their fitness goals through a sustainable approach. I am dedicated to helping you build a healthy routine, make fitness easier to understand, and discover lasting confidence and happiness along the way.
About Me
Hi, I’m Rachel—a Personal Trainer, Online Fitness Coach, and Pilates and Lagree Instructor. With over a decade of passion for fitness and five years of coaching experience, I’m dedicated to helping others experience the transformative benefits of fitness.
Born and raised in New Jersey, I grew up loving movement but struggled with my relationship with food and exercise. In my 20s, I was a stressed overachiever working in corporate America, chasing a skinnier version of myself through endless HIIT workouts and restrictive dieting. I wondered how other people stayed fit and made it look so easy. Everything changed in 2017 when I discovered strength training. I fell in love with the feeling of getting stronger with each workout and began educating myself on nutrition and healing my relationship with food.
