What is the Anti-Diet Challenge?
An 8-week online fitness challenge to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed on your fitness journey. Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, or creating a healthier lifestyle, we’re going to build a long-term sustainable lifestyle and get there together.
This is not another “get fit in 8 weeks” challenge. It is a holistic journey with us, to help you cultivate your inner and outer strength. By showing up for yourself, getting your workouts in, and following our advice, you will unlock a healthier and stronger version of yourself.

Our challenge is perfect for you if:

- You work out and eat pretty healthy, but don’t see the results you want

Meet Your Coaches
Noemie is a certified nutritionist and online fitness coach who specializes in weight loss and creating a healthier lifestyle. She is a former rhythmic gymnast who found her passion for sport and gymnastics at a very young age. As a busy mom, she understands the struggle of creating healthy habits and working out with limited time. Her workouts are designed to be efficient and fit into your busy lifestyle.


Rachel is a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach who specializes in weight loss and toning. As someone who struggled with anxiety, relationship with food, and weight loss for several years, she embarked on her own fitness journey to better understand what really works and in the process, transformed her own body and habits. She is passionate about mindset and behavioral change, helping you build the strongest, healthiest version of yourself–inside and out.
FAQs
The Anti-Diet Challenge is an 8-week challenge that includes a strength or HIIT workout program, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, community support and group video calls every 2 weeks. You have the option to sign up for the coached version if you want to work more closely 1:1 with your coach and reach your goals faster.
For the Strength program, you will need gym access with basic equipment to make the most of the program. For the HIIT program, you will need two sets of dumbbells (ex: 3kg and 6kg).
Yes, the challenge is fully online. We will support each other with our bi-weekly calls and a WhatsApp community. If you live in the same city as other participants, feel free to meet up to do the workouts together!
This challenge is designed with a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on workouts but also on sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term results. You'll receive evidence-based information and tools to help you lose weight and tone your body while building a healthier relationship with food and exercise. This is not a quick fix program. Our challenge focuses on science-backed strategies for sustainable weight loss and a balanced mindset. In addition, you'll be part of an empowering community, keeping you motivated every step of the way.
The workout programs will be given in PDF format. You'll find photos of each exercise with detailed instructions on how to perform each movement.
Absolutely. The challenge is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule, so you can participate no matter where you are.
For the standard challenge, full payment is required upfront to secure your spot.
For the coached challenge, payment will be billed on a monthly basis, with the first month's payment required before the challenge start date.
The Strength program includes 3 workouts per week and the HIIT program includes 4 workouts per week, for a total of 8 weeks of structured training.
Strength workouts typically last between 40-60 minutes and HIIT workouts typically last between 20-25 minutes, including warm-up and cool down.
For the standard challenge, payment must be received by Sunday, October 13 at 11:59pm CEST.
For the coached challenge, applications will close on Wednesday, October 9 at 11:59pm CEST.
